SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Iconova, you agree to the following terms. Any information (such as phone numbers) obtained during the SMS consent process will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By consenting, you may receive follow-up messages, conversational SMS, and appointment or service reminders.

Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your scheduled meeting with Iconova on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.”

Message frequency may vary based on service needs, and you may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to your inquiries. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s plan, and fees may differ for domestic and international messages.

You may opt in by filling out the online form on our website: https://iconovadesigns.com/contact-us/. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message, or by contacting us directly to be removed from our list. For support, reply “HELP” to any SMS or contact us at [Insert Contact Number]. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply do not check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Iconova operates solely based on the information provided by clients. All quotations, procedures, and project requirements will be discussed in advance. Unexpected changes may result in additional fees, which will always be communicated clearly. Iconova only uses the necessary information provided by clients and is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client data. If corrections or changes are required due to client errors, additional costs may apply.

Clients may terminate services at any time. All completed work and services delivered up to the termination date must be paid in full, and a receipt/invoice will be provided for all services rendered. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we follow a strict No Refund Policy, ensuring transparency and fairness in our business relationship.

Payments must be made in full through the agreed-upon method stated in the contract. Iconova reserves the right to withhold final delivery of services or products until payment is completed. Any services requested outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the content they provide. Iconova is not liable for errors caused by client-provided content, and additional revisions or corrections may require additional costs (discussed in advance). Clients must also ensure that all materials provided have proper permissions/licenses to avoid copyright issues.

Iconova ensures maximum protection of all sensitive client information. Data will never be shared without explicit permission, and we follow a full disclosure policy, treating confidentiality as a top priority. Iconova may showcase completed projects in its portfolio or website for demonstration purposes. Working files remain the property of Iconova unless otherwise agreed. Clients may request these files at an additional cost.

Iconova is not responsible for any direct or indirect harm caused by the use of its services. Clients agree to indemnify Iconova against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services. Iconova reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any variation will not affect agreements already signed unless mutually agreed upon.
